Booking Online Appointments

Appointments are scheduled by two-week to allow room for booking. If reserved further out, the appointment will be confirmed at the two-week mark.
If clients would like to book an appointment for the same day Hair Fanaddicts Salon requires an additional $15 fee.
All appointments have a 15 min grace period, anything after 15 min, clients must reschedule.

Cancelling with Less Than 24 Hours Notice

Every client scheduled appointment is extremely important to the Stylists at Hair Fanaddicts Salon. We understand that sometimes schedules modifications are needed; therefore, we courteously request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
If clients cancel their appointment without giving sufficient notice or forget to cancel the booked appointment, Hair Fanaddicts Salon misses the possibility to fill that appointment time. At Hair Fanaddicts Salon all appointments canceled outside of the cancelation policy requires a non-refundable fee of $25 and for no-show protection.

Shipping Policy

We ship our packages out via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 2-3 business days to process all orders. All orders are shipped within one business day after processing. Orders require 2-3 business days for delivery after it ships depending on its destination. Hair Fanaddicts provides shipping confirmation, and tracking is available via email as soon as your order ships.

Return Policy

NO RETURNS & NO EXCHANGES. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair and products.

Custom Orders:

NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM ORDERS. If additional information is needed in regards to custom orders please email us.

If you want to exchange an item you will need to email hairfanaddictssalon@gmail.com. We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered. Items meeting the above conditions may be returned within 3 days of the receipt for an exchange.
